Hegulatiny the Proceedings of the Board of Education of the City of Hamilton, and the Committees thereof and defining the duties of the Standing Committees and Officers, and regulating the Public Schools and Collegiate Institute, ■-The Regular Meetings of the Board shall unless otherwise ordered, be held on the second Thursday of every month at eight o'clock, p. m. unless said Thursday be a public holiday, in which case the meeting shall be at the same hour on the next following day not being a public holi- day.
