You have coniidcrr cd the War in all it's Parts ; aiid, notwithftanding the long Con- tinuance of it, thro' the Obftinacy of our Enemies, have made fuch Provifion for the many different Operations, as ought to convince the Powers engaged againft us, that it will be for their Intereft, as well as for the Eafc and Relief of all Europe, to come to equitable and honourable Terms of Accommodation.
