 MEMBERSHIP. All Matches, except tht 
 stream, No. 8. and the Extra Series (which are

 RIFLES. The rifles used in these competiii

 in the Peters Match (restricted to Short Snick

 DRESS. In competitions restricted to Aciivr

 EFFICIENCY. Certificates of efficiency, 
 by their commanding officers, must be produa 
 members of the Militia when making their entries. 
 
 *' Efficiency " in the Active Militia Match ar, 
 Ottawa Match shall mean, in the case of a Ci 
 sioned officer, one in good standing in his corps; 
 case of a N. C. O or private, one who hos attendc 
 performed at least twelve (12) regular parades 
 corps between the ist January, 1894, and the 
 July, 1894. 
 
 SIGHTING SHOTS. One sighting shot w 
 allowed at each range ; tickets, 10 cents each. 
 
 When ai the firing points competitors must c 
 with all orders given by the Range Officer. 
 
 Disputes will be decided by the Executive Com 
 of the Council, and their decision shall be final 
 matters submitted to their consideration. 
 
 Any competitor refusiug to comply with the rS 
 tions shall be debarred from further competition 
 meeting and shall forfeit any entrance fees he ma 
 paid. 
 
 Any competitor challenging a shot must dep > 
 sum of fifty cents with the Range Officer, which si: 
 forfeited, if after examination, no shot is found 
 target. The Range Officer will be guided by Sec, 
 the D. R. A. Regulations for 1893.
