Necessary Attendants will be furnished <\ith Special and Personal Passes on applying to the Superintendait of the special department in which are the articles they exhibit. Exhibitors of horses will receive an attendants' ticket for every one or two horses they exhibit and an additional ticket for every addition of two horses. Exhibitors in cattle will receive an attendant's ticket for one to four heads of cattle, and an additional ticket for every additiona: four heads of cattle. \ Exhibitors of sheep and swine will receive ah attendant's ticket for one to six heads of sheep or swine and an additional ticket for every additional six heads. An attendant's ticket will be given to an exhibitor in birds who exhibits at least ten birds. In the horticultural department and in the department of agricul- tural products as well as in the Dairy department, an attendant's ticket will be given to an exhibitor whose exhibits really necessitates the presence of nn attendant. The Superintendant of any department in which such a demand of attendant's tickets is made, much approve of such a demand, in accord- ance with the rules just laid down, before the secretary treasurer can be allowed to issne the attendant's ticket. The Entry Cards upon anitnals or articles will admit the attendant bringing them to the Grounds for exhibition.
