THE queens majesty giveth all maner her Subiectes to understand, that where of late it hath ben agreed at Brugis in flanders, in a treaty for matters of intercourse of merchandise, by Commissioners on the part of her majesty, and of the king of spain, her good brother, that the said treaty, for diuers necessary considerations, should be suspended and prorogued from the .xxix. of September last, until the .xv. of March next following, and then to be renewed again: whereby it is also ordered, that both her majesty, and the said king, her good brother, should cause the same suspension and prorogation, to be published at London, and at Andwarpe, the .xx. of this month of October. For that consideration, her majesty doth presently notify, declare, and publish, to all her Subiectes, and to the Subiectes belonging to the said king, that they, and every of them, may use and continue the maner of their intercourse and traffic of merchandise, betwixt her majesties dominions, and the countries of the said king of spain, in like sort and maner as heretofore they haue done, until such time as further order shalbe taken by both their majesties. given at her majesties palace of Westminster, the .xvi. day of October. 1565.
