We agree that home quarantine has been effective in preventing the early transmission of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by Wang et al [1] . As family clusters of COVID-19 with 9 and 11 family members infected in China [2, 3] , the increased risk of COVID-19 in family members is noteworthy with home quarantines.
