Several studies have described the epidemiologic and clinical characteristics of COVID-19 patients [1] [2] [3] . The clinical spectrum of COVID-19 varies from mild to critically illness [3] . We report a family cluster of two patients with COVID-19 involving an asymptomatic case with normal blood routine tests and chest CT images but positive of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) nucleic acid in swab samples, especially in anal swab samples.
