Drucker et al. concluded that "Summary and conclusion-Vaccination, in general, has been associated with….caused by a similar mechanism and should be considered a rare side effect of this vaccine. [1] ." Mucocutaneous effect of COVID-19 vaccination is possible. The pathogenesis is still inconclusive. For post CPVOD-10 vaccination vulvar apthous ulcer, it is necessary for further investigation and monitoring of clinical symptom. The genital ulcer might be the first presentation of Behcet's disease and Behcet's disease is a rare problem observed following COVID-19 vaccination [2] . For a possible pathogenesis, COVID-19 vaccination can induce a hyperviscosity problem [3] and hyperviscosity is a rare but possible clinical problem associated with Behcet's disease [4] .
