SARS-CoV-2 can mainly transmit by droplets or close contact, and is generally susceptible in the crowd. Tumor patients are at high risk of this pathogen because of their impaired immune function. Identifying tumor patients with 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) early, and understanding its distribution characteristics can help to improve the cure rate of patients, and better control the epidemic and development of SARS-CoV-2 much better. With comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, this paper reviews the clinical characteristics of neoplastic patients with COVID-19, and puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with this epidemic. ,其死因主要是多器官功能障碍,其次为 ARDS [19] , 这可能与ACE2在多种器官中广泛分布有关 [20, 21] MERS-CoV spike protein: Targets for vaccines and therapeutics HIV-1 did not contribute to the 2019-nCoV genome Epidemiological, demographic, and clinical characteristics of 47 cases of Middle East respirator y sy ndrome coronav ir us disease from Saudi A rabia: a descriptive study Plasma inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in severe acute respiratory syndrome SARS and MERS: recent insights into emerging coronaviruses A novel coronavirus outbreak of global health concern A pneumonia outbreak associated with a new coronavirus of probable bat origin Tissue distribution of ACE2 protein, the functional receptor for SARS coronavirus.
