Hugh McGann et al. concluded that "We report a 16-yearold male with a multi system inflammatory condition meeting the case definition for MIS following …..evidence of primary infection with SARS-Cov-2. (Hugh McGann et al., 2022) ." We agree that there might be a clinical problem following COVID-19 vaccination. In the present case, the multi -inflammatory syndrome might or might not be associated with vaccination. There was an attempt to rule out the other concurrent medical problem that might induce the syndrome. However, there are still some other possible problems. For example, a vaccine recipient might have dengue which is a common cause of multiple inflammatory syndrome (Kebayoon and Wiwanitkit, 2021; Somasetia et al., 2020) . Additionally, it is usually difficult to rule out the asymptomatic COVID-19, which might occur pre-or post-vaccination in a COVID-19 vaccine recipient who present abnormal clinical problem. -Ethical Approval and Consent to participate: not applicable -Consent for publication: Not appliable -Availability of data and materials: Not applicable -Competing interests: authors are from poor developing country and cannot pay for any charge and ask for full waiving for this correspondence letter -Funding: none -Authors' contributions PS 50 % -. 1a Substantial contributions to study conception and design. 1b.
