She self-administered a 10-mg loratadine tablet, but the rash became more generalized during the course of the day, with involvement of the lower trunk, face, and lips, and she developed severe scalp pruritus and painful retro-auricular lymphadenopathy. The day after, she came to the emergency department with whole-body erythematous rash, myalgia, and diarrhea. She lymphocytes. Lung high-resolution computed tomography was normal.
