The results of these studies showed that the level of anxiety was higher in the midwifery students who took on work in the hospital after the outbreak of COVID-19 and whose parents or relatives suffered from chronic illnesses. However, no significant relationship was found between the other variables tested in the study and the level of anxiety. It was observed that only 5% of midwives experienced moderate or high levels of anxiety. The relationship between anxiety and knowledge about coronavirus was not statistically significant.
