They obtained a meaningful conclusion that there may be a negative correlation between 11 environment temperature of a country and COVID-19 cases. Indeed, temperature can influence 12 immune system and virus activity to a certain extent. Low temperature of environment can 13 suppression the immune response, people in low temperature are more susceptible to be infected. 14 warm and moister environment can suppression the spread in early stage, but there are too many 15 susceptible populations, the pandemic will not decrease in summer, the warm temperature cannot 16 stop the spread of virus. The government regulation and cooperation of public can be a more 17 important role in a modern society. In countries where government control is laxer, the cooperation of public is the key point. Take Japanese seemed be more cautious in reducing unnecessary going out and wearing masks. 27 According to a report, during the golden week of 2020, a noticeable decrease was found in the 28 year-over-year of the average number of passenger flow of JR Line. Compared to previous year, 29 the average number of passenger flow of JR Line declined substantially (95%), as the number of 30 JR East Japan's "Narita Express" (99%). Reducing travel can be an effective way to control the 31 outbreak [3] . Also, Japanese have a "Cough etiquette", that people who get cold should wear mask 32 lest infect others. Besides, Takata Suzuki, a professor of Aichi Medical University found that 33 about 94% Japanese wore masks regularly or at all times this year. However, in American the culture is totally different, a survey of Longwoods International found 36 that 86% of Americans want to travel within American once social isolation and other measures 37 are relieve. Even the situation in American is still worse, more young people do not want stay at 38 home anymore, Data from the American CDC shows that the average age of COVID-19 infection 39 in the United States was significantly reduced. In Arizona, the average age reduced from 48 in 40 March to 39 in June, and in Florida, the average age is only 34. Moreover, Axios reported only 50% 41 vaccine. The virus may still out of control even the vaccine developed. Except for Japan, COVID-19 in some other Asian countries with different temperature, like 45 Singapore, South Korea and China, in these countries, the government regulation is much more 46 powerful, the pandemic is almost under control, which showed environment temperature may not 47 be a vital factor for virus transmission. In summary, we believe environment temperature may 48 affect viral activity (the source of infection), but government regulation and cooperation of public 49 play a more important role in blocking route of transmission and protecting susceptible population 50 [4] . 51 52 53 54 55 56 Can the summer temperatures reduce COVID-19 cases?
