26 consecutive patients with chilblains-like lesions, evaluated by our dermatology service during a surge of SARS-CoV-2-infections, were offered antibody testing. Two patients declined participation. Testing was performed on the following platforms: Abbott Architect (IgA, IgM, IgG, repeat IgG); DiaSorin Liaison SARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 (IgG); Euroimmun SARS CoV-2 ELISA (IgG). Clinical information was obtained via chart review.
