[1] . The literature reports also isolated cranial nerve palsy COVID 19 related [2, 3] . We present the first case of post-COVID monolateral III cranial nerve palsy in a 2-year-old child affected by Sphingosine phosphate lyase insufficiency syndrome (SPLIS).
