Studies in adult patients with kidney diseases have shown an attenuated immune response to 36 natural Covid and Covid vaccination. 1 In adolescents, the pivotal trial of BNT162b2 37 demonstrated a far higher neutralizing antibody titer in adolescents compared with adults. 2 Alport syndrome and cystic kidney diseases; 3 patients had congenital anomalies of the kidney 51 and urinary tract (CAKUT) and one patient had ischemic nephropathy due to perinatal asphyxia.
