Mansfield will give the inaugural Eric and Mary Wefald University of Notre Dame Press Lecture

Harvey C. Mansfield, William R. Kenan, Jr. professor of government at Harvard University, will give a lecture entitled “The Responsible Man” Sept.10 (Thurs.) at 7:30 p.m. in Room 141 of the University of Notre Dame’s DeBartolo Hall. A reception will follow in the Center for Continuing Education.p.
