The NCAA has cited the National Youth Sports Program (NYSP) at Notre Dame as one of the 25 outstanding programs in the nation for 1997. Notre Dame and other award-winning colleges and universities will be honored Feb. 20-22 at the national NYSP workshop in Washington, D.C.p.
