Jim Towey, director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, will be the keynote speaker Jan. 27 (Monday) at a symposium inaugurating the Center for the Study of Latino Religion in the Institute for Latino Studies at the University of Notre Dame.p.
