Whether we are selectors, administrators, reference librarians, catalogers, or one of the new breed of licensing gurus or webmasters, much of our time is spent dealing with questions like these: what is digital information, and how can it be incorporated into our library? can existing collection development policies be adapted to these new formats, or must we start from scratch? what should we buy, what should we lease, what should we not buy or lease, and how do we decide? cache/istl-2617.html txt/istl-2617.txt
