This committee shall file its nominations (and the written consent of the nominees that their names may be placed on the ballot) with the executive secretary of the Association and with the chairman of the American Library Association Nominating Committee at such time and in such manner as the chairman of the American Library Association Nominating Com- mittee shall indicate.
