T he tw o an d a half d ay w o rk sh o p s will co v er realistic goals a n d objectives, im aging a n d indexing requirem ents, technical infrastructure, budgets, facilities a n d staffing, RFIs a n d RFPs, v e n d o r selection an d contracts, m onitoring an d scheduling, quality control, a n d p ro v id in g ac­ cess to a n d m ain ten an ce o f d ig ita l c o lle c tio n s .
