And whereas severall claims have been delivered to the said Commissioners , which they could not determine by the said first day of April , you or any four or more of you are hereby authorized and required , at any time before the fifteenth day of August next comming , to hear and determine all such claims and causes as aforesaid , which were delivered in , by or before the said first day of February ; whereof all persons concerned therein are to take notice , and conform themselves thereunto .
