Resolves of Parliament , Concerning such DELINQUENTS As have not paid in their Fines according to Compositions . Resolved by the Parliament , THat all such Delinquents whose Compositions having been set , have not paid in all or any part thereof at the times limited and appointed , and for non-payment have incurred the Penalties formerly imposed , and shall pay in their whole Fines , or such part thereof as yet remains unpaid , with Interest for the same since the time the same should have been paid ; viz. All such whose Habitations are within Eighty miles of London , before the Fourteenth day of August , and all others at a greater distance , before the First day of September next , shall be discharged from the said Penalties ; but in default of payment thereof , the whole Estate of every such Delinquent shall be , and is hereby Declared to be Confiscated to the use of the Commonwealth : And the Commissioners for Compounding with Delinquents , are Enjoyned to take care that this Order be put in effectual execution ; and that they return the Names to the Committee of the Army , of all such as shall not have paid in their whole Fine by the Days aforesaid , in order to the speedy Sale of their Estates , for the Use of the Commonwealth .
