And be it further Enacted by the Authority aforesaid , That the Commissioners of the High Court of Iustice , Established by Authority of this present Parliament by one or more Acts of Parliament now in force , have Power , and are hereby Authorized to proceed against any person or persons for the several Offences mentioned in the Act hereby continued , according to the several and respective Penalties therein expressed .
