BE it Enacted by this present Parliament , and by the Authority thereof , That John Sadler , John Sparrow , and Samuel Moyer , Esqs , be , and are hereby nominated and appointed Iudges for the Probate of Wills , and granting Administrations . And the said John Sadler , John Sparrow , and Samuel Moyer , or any two of them , are hereby Authorized , Impowered and Required to Hear , Order , Determine , Adjudge and Decree in all matters and things , as Iudges for the Probate of Wills , and Granting of Administrations in as full , large and ample maner as any other Iudge or Iudges for Probate of Wills , and Granting of Administrations at any time heretofore might or ought lawfully to do : To have , hold , exercise and enjoy the said Office or Place of Iudges for Probate of Wills , and Granting of Administrations , until the Thirtieth day of June One thousand six hundred fifty and nine , and no longer .
