For LIS folks of color, the intersections of gender, race, ethnicity, ability, and other identities interplay with imposter syndrome in unique ways. Coordinated by the Spectrum Advisory Committee, this panel will feature library folks of color from a variety of library types and career points on their experiences with imposter syndrome and tips for overcoming it in the workplace.
