A prospective observational study evaluated the effects of the inactivated influenza vaccine in 26 patients taking a variety of beta-interferon preparations, comparing anti-influenza IgM and IgG titers to those in 33 HC at multiple time-points post-vaccination. A prospective, multicenter, non-randomized study evaluated influenza vaccine responses in patients treated with a variety of DMTs. 25 Patients taking beta-interferons showed a significantly greater proportional vaccine response as measured by HI titer than other DMT groups taking glatiramer acetate, fingolimod, and natalizumab. The same group of investigators performed a prospective study of responses to the seasonal influenza vaccination in 2012/2013 in 90 MS patients on four different immunomodulatory therapies and 62 HC at baseline and 3, 6, and 12 months post-immunization. ./cache/cord-298668-ry49o0xj.txt ./txt/cord-298668-ry49o0xj.txt
