To broaden our approach, as a secondary aim, we also wanted to look at changes in physical activity and sedentary behaviour resulting from other factors such as alcohol and tobacco consumption, adherence to a Mediterranean diet, motivation, symptoms of anxiety/depression and sociodemographic characteristics. This study aimed to evaluate physical activity and sedentary behaviour in health sciences students before and during the lockdown. In the analysis by group, minutes of physical activity increased significantly during lockdown among the following groups: women; all years of study except final year; normal or low BMI; those who did not eat a Mediterranean diet; and those in the preparation or action stage of change. ./cache/cord-318528-yc0jw3s1.txt ./txt/cord-318528-yc0jw3s1.txt
