It also aimed to compare the scores of male and female students during both face-to-face and online PBL sessions, and to explore the expected challenges of this experience to sustain its future implementation after the COVID-19 pandemic. Weekly reports though the official learning management systemdBlackboarddregarding the number, duration, and modality of different educational activities including the live streaming sessions and students' attendance rate were collected from the course organisers in coordination with the e-learning unit, phase coordination, and e-assessment committees.
