With these findings, her diagnoses upon admission were SARS-COV-2 infection, SLE with associated antiphospholipid antibodies, and Evans syndrome. We present the case of a young patient who was apparently in good health but had a history of venous thrombosis of unknown cause in her childhood, which started with Evans syndrome and a high titer of antiphospholipid antibodies, in coincidence with a SARS-COV-2 infection. 4 Although the decreased platelet count is usually mild in COVID-19, some cases of severe thrombocytopenia have been reported in the context of disseminated intravascular coagulation in these patients.	./cache/cord-347548-h5fk64p8.txt	./txt/cord-347548-h5fk64p8.txt
