However, the result of a logistic regression based on the data of 152 critical SARS cases showed that steroid therapy significantly reduced the case fatality among critical SARS patients after the death-related variables were adjusted, such as age, rigor at onset, secondary lower respiratory infection, pulmonary rales, and OI grading (1, Ͻ 100; 2, Ն 100 and Ͻ 200; 3, Ն 200 and Ͻ 300; and 4, Ն 300).	./cache/cord-343143-tzuhig3f.txt	./txt/cord-343143-tzuhig3f.txt
