IFR was calculated by dividing cumulative deaths by race, reported by the Louisiana Department of Health, by "presumed recovered" individuals. 2018 population estimates are indicated in Table 1 and multiplied by weighted seroprevalence (percent IgG+) to generate the number of "presumed recovered."
