Different cellular receptors such as TLR3 (Toll Like Receptor 3) and RIG-1 (Retinoic Acid Inducible Gene 1) -closely related to autophagy activation in mammalian granulocyte and macrophage models -have been implicated in innate immunity response to RNA virus infections -e.g. Coronavirus, Measles, Hepatitis viruses, and Influenza virus [10] .
