A case series from the UK documented 8 COVID-19 patients presenting with fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea with a working diagnosis of systemic sepsis secondary to suspected appendicitis [6] . According to our literature review, this is only the second such instance of a SARS-CoV-2 positive patient presenting to a healthcare center with intussusception as the primary manifestation, and the first documented case in which the patient survived. This would be the first such reported incidence of intussusception as a manifestation of SARS-CoV-2 infection, with no respiratory symptoms. We report, to the best of our knowledge, the first documented instance of survival in a case of intussusception in a SARS-CoV-2 positive pediatric patient.
