P-value for individuals sample and mini pool NAT was 0.299 and 0.354 for the ORF region and E-gene, respectively, which we consider not statistically significant. Ct-values did not differ significantly between mini-pool and the single sample testing (p-value for the ORF region and E gene were 0.44 and 0.46, respectively) (table 4).
