[1, 2] Therefore, methods of developing new therapeutic solutions as well as improving the current therapies for the common lung diseases such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, and coronavirus infections remain the main focus in the fields of targeted drug delivery. In this review, we will summarize recent reports on the development of lipid and polymer based nanocarriers for targeted delivery of drugs and nucleic acids for the treatment of lung cancer. In a similar study, we used a complex liposomal drug delivery system containing anticancer drug doxorubicin and both MRP1 and BCL2 targeting antisense oligonucleotides for inhalation treatment in lung cancer cells. ./cache/cord-274474-u2fdicgz.txt ./txt/cord-274474-u2fdicgz.txt
