Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has been labeled as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020 [1] [2] . Pregnant women are suspected to aspiration pneumonia because of the decreased sphincter tone in the lower esophagus, which is thought to be associated with high levels of progesterone [30] , which can reduce both pro-inflammatory and cytotoxic T cell responses.
