There was a statistically significant association between the health status of the camels as well as the anatomical site studied with the isolation rates of the major respiratory pathogens (p < 0.05). Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine comparatively the bacterial species associated with camels with and without pneumonic lungs, identify the Streptococci spp. Besides, there was a statistically significant difference between pneumonic and apparently healthy camels with the isolation rate of the major respiratory pathogens (except B.
