We collected cycle threshold values of the first SARS-CoV-2-positive nasopharyngeal swabs (T0) for all 182 HCWs and CT values at one week before the two negative RT-PCR tests (T1) for the 58 subjects who healed by 30 April 2020 (Figure 2 ). In the present study, we analyzed 2443 nasopharyngeal swabs from 1683 HCWs by molecular laboratory testing for suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection in a large university hospital in Milan, showing 10.8% positive HCWs.
