The clinic where the patient was born discharged her and the mother on April 6, 2020 both being negative for SARS-CoV-2 (RT-PCR test). On April 15, after 3 days of observing cough, lethargy, loss of appetite, jaundice, and constant fever, the mother presented in emergency room with the newborn, both being tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
