The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the sensitivity and specificity of the DIA to the clinical sign determination method for detecting IBV in inoculated embryonated eggs during titration of IBV vaccines. Propagation of the inoculated virus was determined using real-time RT-PCR, DIA, and the EE index method, and the 50% egg infectious dose (EID 50 ) of the five vaccines was calculated based on the method of Reed and Muench (1938) . ./cache/cord-277804-ujabzic4.txt ./txt/cord-277804-ujabzic4.txt
