Critically ill patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COV-ID-19) are at increased risk of developing hypercoagulable state as evidenced clinically by stroke in young patients as well as laboratory investigations like elevated D-dimer levels warranting therapeutic anticoagulation [1] . To the best of our knowledge, we report first case of retroperitoneal hemorrhage due to lumbar artery bleeding in a patient of COVID-19 being treated with enoxaparin, highlighting importance of judicious use of anticoagulation in COVID-19 patients as well as the need of prompt radiological investigation and treatment of bleeding. ./cache/cord-350594-0zxq4lxc.txt ./txt/cord-350594-0zxq4lxc.txt
