On February 1, 2020, respiratory samples of four patients were confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections by real-time PCR in Jinan Central Hospital, Shandong province, China. Summarizing the published articles, including SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2, we combined with epidemiological and clinical data to analyze the possible routes of asymptomatic patients with virus infection in order to provide the basis for suppressing the spread of the virus, and antiviral treatment and advice for the protection of medical staff. The study found that the detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid positive in a few feces of patients with confirmed COVID-19 cases indicated the presence of a live virus.	./cache/cord-298067-awo3smgp.txt	./txt/cord-298067-awo3smgp.txt
