It is important for the instructors to establish a schedule for the development of training modules as well as provide time for testing new materials. We recognize a potential pitfall of developing modular training material (Rule 2) could be differences in presentation style, supporting documentation, and learning objectives. Connecting learning objectives from different training modules taught by different instructors requires a large effort in coordination and communication. It is critical to understand their expectations and evaluate their skill sets to ensure that the workshop material and active learning sessions meet the needs of participants [3] .
