The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the pandemic on the employment, service delivery, stress, and hope of music therapy professionals in the United States. The rapid changes required in response to the pandemic, combined with uncertainty about the future of employment and/or service delivery, may have impacted the perception of stress and feelings of hope in music therapy professionals. This is the first known study on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on music therapy professionals' employment, service delivery, stress, and hope.
