I also learned to use the intervention studies to understand brain mechanisms of treatment response, while developing novel pharmacological and behavioral interventions and mastering advanced research tools like neuroimaging, genetics, inflammatory markers (9) (10) (11) (12) . We hope to empower our patients to take control of their own health and learn resilience-building tools to allow for self-regulation during these difficult times and for stress-related psychiatric disorders.
