Past coronavirus epidemics were associated with adverse outcomes for the fetus and/or newborns including miscarriages (57%), preterm birth, fetal distress and FGR with SARS-CoV-1 infection during the 2 nd and 3 rd trimesters. In this review, we found that of 142 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infections in pregnancy, 28% experienced preterm birth and 14% had adverse fetal/neonata l outcomes (FGR, fetal/neonatal demise, severe symptoms at birth).	./cache/cord-350618-rtilfnzi.txt	./txt/cord-350618-rtilfnzi.txt
