The organozinc was added dropwise to a mixture of 15 (451 mg, 1.0 mmol), Pd (PPh 3 ) 4 (115 mg, 0.1 mmol) and CuI (10 mg, 0.05 mmol) in 40 mL of anhydrous THF and allowed to stir at room temperature for 24 h.
