The UTCC (multi-stakeholder Institution with veterinary, medical, agriculture, environment, wildlife, lands and political science as key disciplines), vector control division of Ministry of Health (with medical specialist and host of Manager of the Uganda National sleeping sickness control program), leaders in district and sub-counties (technical; veterinary, medical, entomology, social work disciplines and politicians) plus community were purposively selected for engagement.
